Basic Internet Troubleshooting
Ensure all cables are plugged in correctly and there is power to the equipment.
Router should have a round power cable and the antenna should have a lager power plug.
The LAN port cable should plug into one of the ports on a Deco or the WAN port on a Vilo.
The cable coming from the antenna should plug into the POE port on the power injector.
There should be a power light on the power injector and on the router.
